These terms and conditions apply to the WiFi network of Resort Land & Zee. By using this service, you automatically agree to the following terms and you commit to comply with these terms.

We do not offer technical support for using the network and/or configuring your wireless internet connection. If you are not familiar with computers or computer networks, we advise you to read the manual and help pages of your equipment.

We advise you to use antivirus and a firewall program.
The use of the wifi network is based on a fair use policy. This means that no fixed limit has been set for the amount of data that may be sent and received, other than restrictions imposed by the underlying internet service provider.

Resort Land & Zee cannot give guarantees regarding the speed of the internet connection. This will generally be adjusted to the number of guests, so that everyone can make normal use of internet applications such as e-mail (webmail) and visiting websites. It is therefore possible that broadband applications (such as video and speech) may not work or not work optimally.

Resort Land & Zee can intervene if significantly more data traffic is used than the average user.
